Software Engineering Team Lead, coach, speaker and community builder — Kim is endlessly curious about how humans and machines think.
She co-runs Curiously Code, a technical skills community championing social mobility in tech — helping curious people code, learn, grow and empower one another. We asked her to tell us about it, in her own words:

A mission rooted in social mobility
Curiously Code's main mission is to bring upskilling opportunities to underrepresented groups in technology — creating improved accessibility to opportunities and growth, inclusive of all people regardless of their backgrounds, and inspiring fun and creativity along the way.
"I love bringing people together in an authentic setting. Supportive communities have featured in my own social mobility and personal growth journey in my career so far, so being able to give back gives me so much purpose and joy."
