We’re Exeter’s first, biggest and best coworking community. With 2 offices in Exeter we provide desks, private offices, meeting rooms, social space, events and networking to our community. Whether you spend every day with us or drop in every once in a while, we’re here to provide a productive, social environment to help you reach your business goals.

The first of our coworking hubs opened in Exeter in 2011. Located a stone’s throw from Exeter City Centre, our Town House office hosts a bustling community of freelancers, startups and small businesses.

After a positive start to The Generator community at our Town House, we quickly outgrew the space. We took this opportunity to expand and settle the community into a new building on the historic quayside.

I was made to feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door by both staff and other users. I started as a sporadic user just booking a daily desk and then took a permanent desk. There is a good community of regular users, free tea & coffee, a vending machine, very fast internet and Friday beers. What more could you want?
Best place in Exeter to rent a desk or even a decent meeting room for the day. As a freelancer flexibility is key and I’m just simply impressed with their hot desk online booking system. No phone calls, no upfront payment required you just get an invoice at the end of the month with all your desk bookings so less admin work to do.
Also the location is fantastic, free coffee and tea, super-fast internet and last but not least really helpful and friendly staff.
